All iENYRID electric scooters are CE certified. Most countries have regulations for these types of electric scooters (such as speed limits and helmet requirements). We recommend complying with local regulations.

What is the shipping time?

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is generally within 4–7 business days (3 business days in the UK).

What are the delivery areas?

The European Union, the United Kingdom, and the continental United States.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does a refund take?

Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm and notify you. If approved, the refund will generally be made within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. If your payment has not been received after 15 business days, please contact

The entire vehicle (frame and motor) has a one-year limited warranty.

The battery has a six-month warranty.

Accessories and consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by human error, flooding, or accidents.
