14-Day Return Policy
We provide a 14-day return window for e-scooters and e-bikes, starting from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns
    You are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, selecting the wrong model/size).
    Costs typically range between €100–200, depending on the carrier.
    We recommend comparing shipping options from providers like DPD, FedEx, DHL, or GLS.

  • Company-Initiated Returns
    If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover all return shipping fees.

Return Conditions
To be eligible, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All tags and labels attached

  • Packed in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase provided

⚠️ Returns without the original packaging are not accepted.
If a return is still requested, a handling fee of €100–200 will apply.

How to Return

  1. Email service@ienyrid-eu.com to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will send a return label and instructions.

  3. Do not ship returns without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final sale items or gift cards

  • Products requiring registration, a license, or prohibited by local law

  • Used, altered, or damaged goods

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away at service@ienyrid-eu.com for issues like damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Exchanges
For the fastest replacement:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime before we start processing your order for a full refund.

  • Cancellation requests are processed during business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM GMT+8).

  • Free cancellation is available before shipment within the stated cancellation period.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

  • Not received your refund after 15 business days? Email service@ienyrid-eu.com.

Important Notes

  • Replacement parts and accessories cannot be canceled or returned once shipped.

  • Refurbished products are sold as-is, with no returns, refunds, warranty, or after-sales support.
    By purchasing a refurbished product, you agree to these terms.
